We have developed a simple integration to connect Gravity Forms to Zoho Books. The integration is currently limited to creating contacts in Zoho Books so you can then quickly create estimates and invoices or any other activities against those contacts. The plugin has just been released so we would love to hear your feedback on how we can improve the plugin to suit your needs.
The setup process is super simple as well! Just go to the gravity Forms settings page and go to the Zoho Books Connector tab and enter in your Zoho Books email and password as shown below. Then save the settings and you will be able to select the Zoho organisation you want to use with the plugin. You can choose whether you want to enable Gravity Forms to create duplicate contacts in Zoho Books if the same person completes the form twice, by default we don’t enable this.
Now in the form settings for any particular form you can map out the standard Zoho Books contact fields with your Gravity Forms fields. Zoho Books has heaps of contact fields so there’s a large array of fields you can map, including: standard company information, standard contact information and billing and shipping address. You can also set an opt-in condition so form submissions are only sent to Zoho Books if an and/or criteria is met or not met.
