Competition Description

Enter the Present Time Design Contest!

Do you have a secretly scribbled design, a flash of inspiration or some untapped talent? Then enter the Present Time DESIGN CONTEST 2012, launched to give creativity the platform it deserves. The winning design will be produced as part of one of the brands of Present Time, with YOUR NAME listed on the packaging as the signature designer. Naturally, you will get an official contract and receive a royalty!

The Brief

Just send your design on 1 A4, accompanied by your name, explanation and notes if needed, to [email protected] before the April 1st deadline. On the 6th of April we will announce which designs are nominated. Entries will be exhibited at the annual ‘Mid Summer Festival’ sales event the beginning of June – all nominated designers will be invited to present their own design to our international customers, staff and design team.

Prizes

There are 2 prizes: – The JURY PRIZE, chosen by the Present Time design team “BOX32” – The RETAILERS PRIZE, selected by our trade and retail partners; the design buyers who will eventually be selling YOUR DESIGN in their store. The winning designs will be produced and sold around the world as part of one of Present Time’s brands!

Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged against 4 criteria: – Does it ‘fit’ with our collections? Focus your design on Kitchen , Living or Gadgets. – Is it ‘original’ (Sorry, no prizes for copying…) – Does it fit with our ‘Surprise Me!’ slogan? – Feasibility (can this realistically be made?)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Martin at Northern Beaches Websites, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! The Woo Commerce to Zoom plugin was absolutely perfect for my needs. It made it REALLY easy to connect Zoom to WooCommerce, making the process of selling Zoom presentations with Woo really simple. I love how much easier it ends up making the checkout process for customers. Everything is handled on one checkout screen, payment info, plus registration for Zoom, and the registration is added to Zoom automatically for you. It saves the customer from having to register with Zoom separately, which I feel like will help with cart abandonment, and the general hassle of managing registrations separately. However, what truly sets Northern Beaches Websites apart is their phenomenal customer service. When I encountered a minor issue, Martin was super responsive (like I got an answer in five minutes responsive) and extremely helpful in resolving it. His dedication to ensuring everything worked perfectly left a lasting impression. For any plugin needs in the future this will be the first place I check!! If you're looking for an effective solution for integrating Zoom with WooCommerce, I highly recommend Northern Beaches's plugin.
