A new way to do rostering and attendance for your church – WP Roster Pro

WP Roster is designed for churches and other event based organisations who don’t want to spend the time or money on a full blown CRM system – so mainly small-medium churches. My product keeps things simple and is designed for the minister or church leader who wants to spend as little time possible on church management software but still wants to keep things organised and people informed.

The key features include:

• automated and personalised notifications via SMS or email of when someone is rostered on for a specific ministry (and people can have individual notification preferences)
• a nice roster display with clash and duplicate detection
• unavailable columns so people can mark down when they are unavailable
• run sheet templates to quickly create run sheets for any date
• add members, teams and Bible study groups
• bulk notifications to everyone on the roster, people part of a ministry, people part of a Bible study group or all people rostered on a specific date
• dates with labels
• the ability to duplicate existing rosters, import members via CSV and restore settings to previous versions
• attendance with statistics and data export
• custom fields which can be used to create segmented attendance reports
