Martin is polite, kind and very efficient web designer. He has helped us build the most professional and customised website for our painting and Venetian plaster business. Martin has gone beyond our expectations, with his attention to detail and has updated the website to an excellent standard. Martin is also very patient and has great listening skills, ensuring that we were happy with every change he made in the website. Martin is also business focused and is working with us to improve our website traffic. We purchased a website plugin from this company. Their support worked with us to get the plugin working and configured when we ran into some troubles. Due to our own mistake, we had purchased the incorrect plugin. They graciously provided the correct plugin to us at no cost which was above and beyond customer service. I engaged Martin to assist with the redesign of a website, migration of emails to Office 365, website hosting and domain transfers and let me say how easy the whole process was. Martin is a very kind professional who knows exactly what he is doing and is always so responsive and actions requests extremely quickly. I found myself in a situation where I required an urgent domain name transfer from a previous provider with a high risk of losing the domain name.
